Exceptional Live-in Care Workers
NOBLE’S LIVE-IN CARE WORKERS PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY CARE
We understand inviting someone new to live in your home is a big step. You can take comfort in knowing that all our Care Workers are:
We only employ Care Workers who display warmth, kindness and patience and who will live by our mission to care for you in the way they would care for a member of their own family.
Your home is your sanctuary. Our Care Workers are trained to respect your home, possessions, lifestyle and choices. You will never feel judged.
Noble’s Care Workers must have at least 12 months care experience before they join us. That way, we can ensure you are cared for by someone who knows what to expect from their role and can take your needs in their stride.
We offer some of the most comprehensive live-in training around. Your Care Worker will hold the nationally recognised Care Certificate as a minimum. They’ll also be trained in your diagnosed health conditions and specific live-in skills. We invest significantly in training our people so you can be confident their knowledge and qualifications will stay current.
To ensure your safety and peace of mind, all our team have enhanced DBS certificates which are rechecked and renewed regularly. We also complete full right-to-work checks and take up full employment references to ensure our staff meet our high standards.
Our Care Managers stay in close contact with your Care Worker, supporting them to give you the highest quality care and support. Regular checks also ensure your Care Worker is working to our standards and your satisfaction.
Many of our Care Workers have been with us for years. Their commitment and long-service enable us to offer you outstanding care consistency and continuity.
The Right Care Worker
OUR MATCHING PROCESS.

3. ADVANCED TRAINING
Your Care Worker will have completed specialist (and in some cases bespoke) training in any medical conditions or interventions you have to ensure you receive the best possible care.
4. INITIAL INTRODUCTION
A written profile will introduce you to your Care Worker and offer helpful talking points for your early conversations.
5. TELEPHONE AND VIDEO CALLS
Before your Care Worker arrives, we’ll arrange telephone and video calls between you so you can get to know them while they finish their previous assignment.
My Role As A Live-in Care Worker
“Every client is unique – that’s what makes my role exciting. Listening and getting to know my client and making a difference to their life makes caring a privilege, not a job.”
