Nadine has a level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.

Kirsty Prendiville
Operations Manager

Kirsty chose to pursue a career in the Health and Social Care sector, following her fathers illness with terminal cancer in 2011. Kirsty's father was in a hospice but they were not aware that live-in care was an option.

Kirsty vowed ever since to raise awareness around live-in care. 

Kirsty has a level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management.

Allison Trense
Service Development Manager

Allison advises people enquiring about our live-in care services, delivered with compassion and empathy.

Allison cared for members of her own family during their illness and following bereavement, Allison understands all too well the pressures they are under.

Allison has worked in the care sector since 2015. 


Katy Harrison
Marketing Manager

Katy has only recently moved into the care sector. Katy was attracted to the role as she had recently been in a similar situation to many of our clients. Having lived on her own independently for many years, her Mum's detierorating health meant that she needed more support.

Katy understands how difficult it is to find the right type of care for your loved ones and wants to make a difference to help people like her to make the right decision.

Laura Hubbard
Locality Manager, Cornwall and Devon

Laura has worked in care since 2017, including medical, surgical and paediatric settings within hospitals and then transitioning into dementia and end of life care, based in community settings.

"Enabling any individual to achieve independence and remain in their own home with a laugh and a smile, and have their wants and wishes fulfilled, reminds me of how vital this sector is".

Laura has worked in care for 22 years. 

Laura's mum was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis the year after she was born and Laura grew up looking after her mum until she passed away in 2005. Working in care was a natural progression.

Charlie Winson
Locality Manager, South East

Charlie has worked in care since she was 15. She worked in a care home on work experience with school. Charlie would have lunch with the residents and loved talking to them about their past.

Alex Palmer
Locality Manager, Bristol/Somerset

Alex has worked in care for 14 years. Alex started her career in care at a Care Home for the Elderly and has worked her way up to Locality Manager for Noble Live-in Care for the elderly and young adults.

"I am super passionate about helping people and bringing joy to people's lives, so working in care was the right fit for me".

Alex has an NVQ level 3 in health and social care and is working towards an NVQ level 5 in leadership and management in Adult Care.

Natasha Brailey
Locality Manager, Devon & Cornwall
Natasha has worked in the care sector for 19 years, starting as a carer and progressing to roles such as Registered Manager and Operations Lead. Previous experience has included overseeing live-in care alongside domiciliary care clients. Natasha has supported individuals with various health conditions, including Dementia, Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy, and Motor Neurone Disease. Natasha holds Level 3 qualification in Education and Training, alongside several train the trainer qualifications, such as medication, stoma/catheter/first aid/M&H and Dementia care and a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management.
