We’ll manage your live-in care service but you’ll be in full control of the support you receive. We'll be led by your goals and wishes and find creative solutions to help you live the life you choose.

We’ll visit you at home to complete a thorough needs assessment and work you to devise a personalised support plan.
Discuss our service, quote and terms and conditions with your family.
Once you have signed our service contract, we’ll set a date for your Care Worker’s arrival.
We’ll introduce you to your proposed Care Worker via a personal profile. Telephone and video calls will help you get to know them prior to their arrival.
Your Care Worker will arrive on the agreed date at an agreed time ready to get started immediately.
We’ll allow a week or so for you to get to know your Care Worker before arranging a follow up visit and checking you’re happy with our services.
