At Noble Live-in Care, we provide one-to-one, 24-hour live-in care and companionship for adults – transforming their quality of life and empowering them to be as independent as possible.
As a member of staff at City & County, if you have a friend or family member who would benefit from our support and who doesn't currently receive care from one of our companies, then you could refer them as a client to get £300 in high street vouchers.
How it works
- Speak to your friend or family member and tell them about the great care delivered by Noble Live-in Care – your referral cannot be for someone who already receives care from a City & County company.
- Fill in our short form below with your details and your friend or family member’s contact information. Remember, all referrals must to go through this page to be registered.
- Our live-in care team will get in touch with your referral and speak to them to see if they’re suitable.
- We’ll send you a digital voucher once they have received four weeks of care. You’ll still need to be working with us to receive your vouchers.
Terms & conditions
- I confirm that the person I have nominated above has given me their consent to share their details so that the company may contact them about care services.
- I confirm that the person I have nominated above does not currently receive care from a City & County Healthcare Group company.
- I understand that gift cards are administered by One4All, a third-party gift card company. Where you are eligible to receive a gift card, we will need to provide your name, email address, and telephone number to One4All. By submitting this form, you are providing your consent for us to do this. Gift cards may take four to six weeks from approval to arrive.
- I understand that once I have submitted this form, I will be contacted via email or phone by One4All in order to complete their verification process, which will include ID verification (for which I will need to provide photographic identification).
- I understand that I will need to act in accordance with One4All’s terms and conditions in order to receive and use a gift card, which will be made available to me by One4All as part of their verification process. If I do not comply with One4All’s terms and cannot access the gift card or lose access to the gift card as a result, I understand that I will not receive any substitute gift card, vouchers, cash or anything of equivalent value from City & County Healthcare Group.
- I understand that if, because of my referring them, my referral receives a minimum of four weeks’ live-in care services from Noble Live-In Care, I will receive £300 on the gift card. I also understand that I will need to be employed within the City & County Healthcare Group to remain eligible to receive the gift card.
- I understand that City & County Healthcare Group reserves the right to provide alternative gift cards/vouchers of its choosing if One4All gift cards are not available.
