Season’s Greetings from Noble

Working alongside the amazing Noble Live-in Care branch team has given me a great deal of gratitude and pride throughout 2023. I returned in March from Maternity leave with a set of challenges, changes and KPI’s for the team. Always with the end goal of improving the success, quality and service of Noble for our customers and care workers. This team has embraced every new initiative and challenge with grace, determination and most importantly a great deal of care. The team are so driven in quality and produce amazing ideas and results every day.

We welcomed a new member of the team, Katy, our marketing manager, who has been making huge improvements to our online presence and website. Our aim is to continue to raise awareness to potential customers of the option and benefits of having professional, 1-2-1 care at home.

For 2024, we aim to continue to grow our Live-in business alongside the joint strategy of City and County Healthcare to become the ‘Best place to Work’ and putting our people first. We have always celebrated our care workers in Noble, however we can and will do even better next year.

I cannot thank the branch team enough for their positive, solution led thinking. They will move mountains to bring a person home from hospital, get additional care in place or going the extra mile when supporting our wonderful team of care workers.

To our amazing professional Live-In care workers, we cannot thank you enough for the care and attention you show to our customers every day. What you do makes a huge difference to not only our customers, but you offer a great deal of reassurance and support to families. You allow husbands, wives, daughters, sons & friends to step away from the carer role and go back to being a family.  The level of 5* reviews we have received either via Voice of the Customer or via Homecare.co.uk is outstanding.
