Meet Laura

with No Comments

Laura Hubbard is our Locality Manager for Cornwall and Devon. Laura has worked in health care since 2017, in hospital and community settings, including medical, surgical and paediatrics, within hospitals and then transitioning into dementia and end of life care based in community settings.

Laura says “This has allowed me to further my training, skills and knowledge base to ensure the best person-centred approach to care is provided to any individual in my care. The little things that bring me the most joy, enabling any person to achieve independence and remain in their own home with a laugh and a smile, and have their wants and wishes fulfilled at even the most emotional of times, reminds me of how vital the live-in care sector is”.

Laura is lucky enough to live in Cornwall and in her down time, she loves to explore old and new places with the family and blow the cobwebs away with the sea air.

“Laura is an integral part of the team at Noble Live-in Care. Laura’s knowledge and experience is second to none. Laura will fit square pegs into round holes if it means she can bring a customer home. Laura is integral to the growth of Noble Live-in Care due to her outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships both with private service users and Local Authority Teams”.  Kirsty Prendiville, Operations Director, Noble Live-in Care

“Laura is an asset to the Noble team. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience which is clearly shown in her work”. Nadine Bowman, Branch Manager, Noble Live-in Care.

Laura has recently been awarded an Extraordinary Care Award from our parent company, City and County Healthcare.
