The regional winners for the September Extraordinary Care Awards has been released and we are pleased to announce that Noble Live-in Care has a winner.
Laura Buttle, Locality Manager for Noble Live-in Care has been announced as a regional winner.
Laura is a dedicated team member of Noble Live-in Care, who goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding care for her clients in her area.
Laura joined Noble Live-in Care in January 2023 and has settled into her role really well. Laura has a great rapport with her clients and carers.
Daniela Andronache complemented Laura saying: “Laura is very professional. She has a good and objective approach and sorts out any problems. A positive person who is present all the time when the situation requires”.
As winners of the regional awards, Laura will now be entered into the National Awards.
The Extraordinary Care Awards is an initiative from our parent company, City & County Healthcare Group, the largest provider of community-based home and social care services in the UK and help thousands of people with a wide variety of care needs to live independently at Home. The Extraordinary Care awards was launched in September 2023. During the year, nearly 3,000 employees, made up of both care workers and branch team members, will receive an award.
As part of the awards programme, City & County will also host four additional regional celebrations culminating in a grand event for the national ceremony.
