The regional winners for the October City & County Healthcare Group Extraordinary Care Awards has been released and we are thrilled to announce that Noble Live-in Care has two winners this month.
Aesha Maturuse, Care Worker, has been nominated as a regional winner for care workers and Allison Trense, Business Development Manager, has been nominated as a regional winner for branch staff.
“Aesha has jumped into her role head first, and has shown great adaptability and support in such a short time frame since joining Noble. Aesha has received great feedback, and is always so professional and willing to help with emergency cover’s and has a great persona, supporting in reducing the anxiety of her service user.
With a great attitude and skills to match, I look forward to working alongside Aesha as she continues her journey with Noble”. Laura Hubbard, Locality Manager
This is feedback Aesha got from her clients family.
“Thank you very much for settling in with our mum so well. You have reassured her so that she is calm and as happy as she can be. Mum always says she has been looked after and and loved the roast dinner you cooked her. We hope you are happy to look after our mum too. You have been very attentive to her needs and she loves you reading to her too”.
“Allison was nominated for the branch extraordinary care award for always going above and beyond for the team. Although Allison’s role is business development, Allison will always jump in to support the team across the board.
Just recently Allison has been putting her expert skills in recruitment to great use by supporting the central team to get candidates ready for work. Allison is aware carer capacity was a blockage to growth, so quickly jumped into action to support. Allison is a real team player! Thank you!”. Kirsty Prendivillle, Operations Manage
As winners of the regional awards, Aesha and Allison will now be entered into the National Awards.
The Extraordinary Care Awards is an initiative from our parent company, City & County Healthcare Group, the largest provider of community-based home and social care services in the UK and help thousands of people with a wide variety of care needs to live independently at Home. The Extraordinary Care awards was launched in September 2023. During the year, nearly 3,000 employees, made up of both care workers and branch team members, will receive an award.
As part of the awards programme, City & County will also host four additional regional celebrations culminating in a grand event for the national ceremony.
